The Globus Group grew again in the financial year 2018/19. The DIY sector turned over €1.84 bn in the reporting period. This corresponds to an increase of 2.7% year on year. By expanding its own brand range with camping and leisure items, the 91 DIY stores of Globus (Globus specialist stores) were able to maintain their position in the highly competitive market, the group said. Even in the online shop these ranges delivered strongly increasing sales. At group level, Globus recorded slight revenue growth of 1.5% to around €7.71 bn in the past financial year 2018/19.
